A semitrailer truck rolled over on I-94 near County Road 8, the Silver Creek and Hasty exit. Lanes in both directions are blocked and a major traffic jam has formed.
Ahead in Maple Grove, look for a stalled vehicle on the right shoulder of eastbound 94 at County Road 81. Traffic also tightens up from 101st Avenue down to Elm Creek Pkwy.
In White Bear Lake, look for crowded conditions on southbound 35E from County Road J to 694. That is 15 to 18 minutes.
