Ramps and bridge decks are icy. A motorist rolled over on the entrance from Minnetonka Blvd to northbound Hwy. 169 in St. Louis Park. Delays of a few minutes kick in at Hwy. 7.

We've also got a rollover reported on 35E at the 494 interchange.

In St. Paul, the delays on westbound 94 begin at White Bear Avenue. The good news is that the wreck at Mounds Blvd. has cleared.
