6:40 a.m. update: Road work brings big delays on 694 in Fridley

Traffic has come to a crawl on westbound 694 from Silver Lake Road past road work at Dupont Avenue. That's right past the junction with Hwy. 252 and I-94.

Traffic has come to a crawl on westbound 694 from Silver Lake Road past road work at Dupont Avenue. That's right past the junction with Hwy. 252 and I-94.

In the east metro, look out for a crash on westbound 94 just past White Bear Avenue. Ahead, the typical slow down is in place from Hwy. 61 to downtown St. Paul.
