Police are blocking the intersection of Hennepin Avenue at Lagoon as a protest has spilled outside from a McDonald's restaurant.
Westbound Lake Street and Lagoon Avenue is tight from Emerson Avenue. Northbound Hennepin looks heavy from 28th up to Franklin.
On the mainline, look for a crash on southbound 35E at Maryland Avenue. A delay of a minute or two can be expected from Roselawn Avenue.
