6:40 a.m. update: Mini jam forming on I-94 in St. Paul

A stalled vehicle is sitting on the right shoulder of westbound I-94 at Hwy. 61, and that's enough to cause traffic to bunch up. It's commonly busy in that area at this time of day, so nothing too unusual. Plan on 10 minutes from 694 to downtown St. Paul.

In Burnsville, traffic is getting heavier on northbound 35W from the Burnsville Split up to 494. That drive is at 10 minutes.

We are looking good elsewhere on the system at this hour.
