Commuters are slowing down on southbound 35E. Look for tight conditions from County Road J down to County Road 96, and bumper to bumper conditions from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul.

Plan on 40 minutes from the Forest Lake spilt to downtown St. Paul.

Southbound 35W is moving a tad faster with 17 minutes needed from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280.

Westbound 94 is still sputtering from Manning Avenue to 494/694 interchange as drivers slow to peek at a motorist who went into the median near Radio Drive.
