Some good news for westbound Hwy. 36 drivers: The stalled vehicle at Cleveland Avenue has been removed and all lanes are back open.

We've also got crashes on the ramp from westbound 494 to northbound 169, westbound 494 at 12th Avenue in Bloomington and westbound Hwy. 13 at Cliff Road in Burnsville.

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 13 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 11 minutes
