Look for things to clog up on southbound 35E due to a crash in the left lane at University Avenue in St. Paul. Traffic begins to slow approaching Maryland Avenue.

In Cottage Grove, the slowness on northbound Hwy. 61 between Jamaica and 80th Street is likely due to the earlier police chase that ended in the immediate area.
