It's sluggish on westbound 94 from McKnight Road to downtown St. Paul. A crash at Hwy. 61 is not helping things. Plan on 18 minutes from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul.

Coming in on southbound 35E. It's 15 minutes from Hwy. 36 to I-94 in downtown St. Paul.

In the northwest suburbs, it's now 25 minutes from the Crow River to the Fish Lake Interchange. Ahead, it's 15 minutes to downtown Minneapolis via 694 and 94.
