A crash that has been sitting on the right shoulder of southbound 35E at County Road 96 for more than a half hour has traffic at a very slow roll from County Road J. It's taking up to 12 minutes to make the 3-mile trip there, so be patient, or skip the hold up and use Hwy. 61.
A fender bender on southbound 35W at 95th Avenue came and went quickly. The drive into downtown Minneapolis is still reasonable at 21 minutes.
