The drive on eastbound Hwy. 10 is very slow from 7th Avenue in Anoka to University Avenue. That is 15 minutes.

Look for a stall on the right shoulder on westbound 94 at Marion Street. Ahead, a crash is on the right shoulder at Franklin Avenue.

A crash is blocking the right shoulder of eastbound 694 between Victoria Street and Rice Street.
