6:35 a.m. update: Slowdowns on 94 in St. Paul

Plan on 10 minutes from White Bear Avenue to downtown St. Paul.

A crash involving a semitrailer truck is off to the right shoulder on westbound 94 at Hwy. 61 in St. Paul, but it's still causing a nice traffic jam. It's 10 minutes coming in from White Bear Avenue.

There also is a wreck on southbound 494 at Bass Lake Road. Looks like a car is in the center median.
