A spin out crash on southbound 35W at County Road C in Roseville has choked traffic as far back as Hwy. 10. Plan on a slow slow slog to downtown Minneapolis.

Traffic is beginning to knot up on southbound 35E. That's due to a crash at Pennsylvania Avenue involving three vehicles.
