The residual effect of an earlier crash on southbound 35E at County 96 has traffic from the Forest Lake Split into downtown St. Paul running well below the posted. Expect stop and go conditions from County J to 694.

Other incidents from earlier this morning have cleared. Westbound 94 traffic is sluggish from White Bear Avenue into downtown St. Paul. An earlier crash at Hwy. 61 led to a bottleneck that is starting to loosen.
