Traffic is plugging up on eastbound Hwy. 10 approaching the 35W interchange where a vehicle is being pulled out of the ditch. Look for sluggish conditions beginning at Airport Road.

On northbound Hwy. 169, traffic volumes and the sun are leading to minor slow downs from Hwy. 101 across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Northbound 35W is still flowing well.
