6:35 a.m. update: Crash on 35W in Mounds View gone

A crash on southbound I-35W at County Road 96 is gone, but the congestion is not. Long lines still remain from 95th Avenue to 694. Traffic also is grinding along from Central Avenue to 35W on eastbound Hwy. 10.

A crash on southbound I-35W at County Road 96 is gone, but the congestion is not. Long lines still remain from 95th Avenue to 694. Traffic also is grinding along from Central Avenue to 35W on eastbound Hwy. 10.

The travel time from 95th to 694 is 18 to 20 minutes.
