Congestion is starting to form on northbound Hwy. 52/55 from 117th Avenue up to the Hwy. 52/55 split in Inver Grove Heights. Plan on an extra 5 minutes there.

A stalled vehicle is blocking the ramp from southbound I-94 to Broadway in Minneapolis.

That's it for problems at this hour. Traffic is moving well elsewhere in the metro area.
