Westbound I-494 from Pilot Knob Road over to Hwy. 100 has quickly become a choke point. A crash blocking the left lane on the Minnesota River bridge and a stall ahead near Cedar Avenue has traffic at a crawl.
It's no picnic on westbound 94 heading into St. Paul. There are crashes at John Ireland Blvd., Western Avenue and Marion Street.
