A road construction project that has a lane closed on northbound I-35 at Crystal Lake Road is leading to a pocket of congestion from County 46 up to the Burnsville Split.

Ahead, I-35W is moving fine with only 12 minutes needed to get to the Crosstown. On northbound 35E, it's a nice 13 minutes to downtown St. Paul.

In the northwest metro, eastbound 94 is seeing heavy traffic from Weaver Lake Road to the 94/494 split. Give yourself 15 minutes from Hwy. 101 in Rogers to the split.

The 694 watch is on and things are building in the work zone between East River Road and Hwy. 252. No major delays yet.
