An earlier call over the scanner indicated a "big patch of ice" on the ramp from Lexington Avenue to westbound 94 in St. Paul. A driver apparently hit it. The vehicle rolled over is sitting on its side in the ditch.

The ramp from eastbound Crosstown to Portland Avenue is partly open. A stall and crash has been pushed off to the right. Use caution as you pass by.

A tanker and vehicle that bumped into each other on westbound 694 at Century Avenue are still on the right shoulder. So far, that is not impacting traffic.

Elsewhere, traffic levels are light so far with no major delays.
