Look for a pickup truck that slid off the road on northbound Hwy. 169 at Canterbury Road. Roads still have slippery spots.

As I've reported all morning, roads are mainly wet but there are scattered slippery spots out there. And a band of snow moving through the metro has the potential to gum up the roads.

Look for a pickup truck that slid off the road on northbound Hwy. 169 at Canterbury Road.

A spinout has cleared on northbound 35W at Diamond Lake Road. Traffic is still tight in the immediate area.

A car is tangling with a guard rail on eastbound 94 at Century Avenue. A tow is on the scene.

The drive on southbound 35W is 20 minutes from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280. It's 8 minutes on westbound Hwy. 36 from Hwy. 61 to Fairview Avenue.

Metro Transit says buses and trains are on time this morning.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
