Conditions on Hwy. 52 in southern Dakota County are hazardous. According to the State Patrol, a jackknifed semitrailer truck is blocking the highway on the northbound side at 210th Street.

There also are reports that other semitrailer trucks are getting stuck on the ice in the area.

Roads in the north metro seem to be in much better shape than roads in the south metro. Still, look for minor congestion on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694.
