6:30 a.m. update: Few problems on the roads

The big issue at this hour is the tanker fire that has the ramp from eastbound 94 to northbound Hwy. 169 shut down. Look for activity as you approach the ramp.

The big issue at this hour is the tanker fire that has the ramp from eastbound 94 to northbound Hwy. 169 shut down. Look for activity as you approach the ramp.

On southbound 35W, its a 12 minute push from 95th Avenue in Blaine down to Hwy. 280. That's not too bad. We've definitely seen worse.

In Elk River, commuters should prepare for delays on eastbound Hwy. 10 through the work zone in the area of 171st Street.

Look out for a garbage truck on the right shoulder on eastbound 494 at Blaine Avenue in Newport/South St. Paul.
