Light-rail trains and buses are running on time, and those who are driving are finding few delays on the roads.

In Woodbury, a crash on the left shoulder of southbound 494 has traffic hitting the brakes in the immediate area.

In St. Paul, look for a stall blocking the ramp from eastbound 94 at 7th Street.

Traffic does bunch up on southbound 35W from County 23 to Hwy. 10, but the delays are brief

The same is true on westbound 94 heading into downtown St. Paul.

Reverse commuters will find lots of company on southbound 35W from downtown Minneapolis down to the Crosstown. Northbound is heaviest from Cliff Road up to 98th Street in Bloomington. There also is some crowding approaching the Crosstown Commons.
