Major backup on eastbound 694 and a stall at the Lowry Hill Tunnel delaying commuters
MnDOT is late in picking up cones on eastbound 694 and only one lane is open. The back up now extends to Zane Avenue over to Hwy. 252 and the line is growing.
Also look for a stall on eastbound 94 on the east end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
