6:30 a.m. update: Current drive times

The rush hour started out blazing with a car fire on northbound 35W at 95th Avenue in Blaine. That is been extinguished, but now as traffic volumes start to pickup, so is other activity.

The scarry thing is a vehicle reported to be traveling the wrong way on eastbound 694 in the area of Silver Lake Road in New Brighton.

Look out for black ice. A big pile up has the ramp from County Road 81 to southbound Hwy. 169 closed.

A fender bender is off on the shoulder of southbound 35E at Little Canada Road.

Two stalls also hampering the drive. They are on southbound 35W at County Road H and on westbound Crosstown near Hwy. 100 in Edina.

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 10 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 9 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 15 minutes.

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 17 minutes
