Delays are nonexistent at this hour on mainline routes, but look for traffic levels to pick up in the next 15 minutes or so as the rush hour kicks into high gear.

Our first crash of the morning comes on northbound Hwy. 61 at Lower Afton Road in St. Paul. And we have a stall in the apex of I-94 at the Huron Blvd. exit.
