A fender bender on the right shoulder of southbound 35W at County Road I is creating a minor slow down through Shoreview.

The second car-deer crash of the morning occured on southbound 35E at County Road 14. The driver is moving off the freeway onto the exit ramp.

A reminder for St. Paul drivers. Snelling Avenue over I-94 in the Midway is now closed for the next two weeks for utility work.
