A dog that has wandered away from home has found I-35W a fine place to play. He's slowing traffic from 95th Avenue down to Hwy. 10 through Shoreview and Blaine.

The ramp from eastbound 694 to East River Road remains closed as the State Patrol and Anoka County authorities investigate a fatal crash involving a motorcyclist.
