6:30 a.m. update: Current drive times

Traffic remains tangled on southbound 35E due to a stalled vehicle that was just towed away at Larpenteur Avenue. Expect 10 to 12 minutes from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul.

Authorities have located the vehicle that went into the water in Brooklyn Center. It's in Shingle Creek on Freeway Blvd., a frontage road that runs parallel to 694.

A cruch is developing on eastbound Hwy. 10 approaching I-35W. We've got a fender bender that has moved off onto the right shoulder.

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 9 minutes
