6:28 a.m. update: Entire light-rail line shut down

Word from Metro Transit is that the entire light-rail line from Target Field to Mall of America has been shut down. Buses are filling in.

Word from Metro Transit is that the entire light-rail line from Target Field to Mall of America has been shut down. Buses are filling in.

Too much ice on the power lines.

Dangerous conditions on ramps and bridges. Roll over on ramp from Brooklyn Blvd. to southbound Hwy. 100.

Cedar Avenue is resembling a parking lot from Cliff Road to the Minnesota River bridge. Crash is just before the bridge.

New crashes:
Eastbound 94 at Boone Avenue in Brooklyn Park.

Westbound 494 at W. Bush Lake Road in Bloomington.
