6:25 a.m. update: Near gridlock on I-94 in St. Michael

All it takes is some overnight road work that runs long, and this is what you get. It's near gridlock on eastbound I-94 from west of the Hwy. 241 interchange past the Crow River. That's where MnDOT had the left lane blocked. The road work has just lifted in the past few minutes.
