A vehicle that spun out on the ramp from Hwy. 13 to northbound 35W has been towed away and the ramp is now obstruction free.

On northbound 35W, drivers won't encounter any problems. Things are flowing smooth. You can make it from County Road 42 to the Crosstown in 10 minutes.

I-94 in both directions between Minneapolis and St. Paul is a drive you can make in 10 minutes.

In the north metro, southbound 35W is moving at near the posted speeds, but watch for minor congestion approaching Washington Avenue.

Southbound 494 and 169 are moving just fine from 94 to 394. No problems on 394 in either direction at this hour.
