The usual jamming and cramming is in place on southbound 35W from 95th Avenue down to County Road 96. The trip to Hwy. 280 is at 19 minutes, but expect that travel time to rise in the new few minutes.
The big delay on the system is on eastbound 94. A vehicle headed westbound crashed through the median and struck another motorist heading east.
Emergency personnel are on the scene. Only the right shoulder is open and as a result, traffic is at gridlock back to County Road 37 in Albertville.
