6:25 a.m. update: Current travel times

The one hiccup on the system at this hour is a stalled vehicle on the right shoulder of northbound 35W at Black Dog Road in Burnsville. Traffic sputters from Hwy. 13 past the scene, so plan on a couple extra minutes coming up from County 42. That should be clearing in the next minute or so.
