A fresh spinout is holding up commuters on northbound Hwy. 169. You'll see the wreckage on the right shoulder near the Old Shakopee Road exit.

In the northeast metro, southbound 35E is dragging from County Road J down to 694. It's all because commuters are slowing to look across at a rolled over semi on the northbound lanes at Goose Lake Road.

Look for a fender bener on the right shoulder on eastbound 94 at 7th Street in Minneapolis.

Both directions of 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 9 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 6 minutes
