A stalled vehicle on southbound 35E at Pennsylvania Avenue is causing a gawker slowdown heading into St. Paul.
MnDOT crews made quick work of the stall that has been blocking a lane on eastbound 94 at Franklin Avenue. All lanes are back open.
In St. Paul, look for the gawker slow down on southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul due to a stalled vehicle near Pennsylvania Avenue.
