That pesky stall that had been blocking the right shoulder just outside the Lowry Hill Tunnel on westbound I-94 has been towed away. Traffic in the area is moving without any difficulty.

A stalled vehicle is still blocking on the ramp from northbound 35E to Ayd Mill Road in St. Paul. Otherwise no issues for drivers on 35E between 494 and downtown St. Paul.

Southbound 35W through Mounds View is just starting to fill in, so do delays there. The ramp to County Road 88 is shut down as authorities remove a deer from the ramp.

Drivers on southbound 494 and Hwy. 169 between 94 and 394 in the west metro are moving at the posted speeds. No problems on the south side of town either as northbound 169, 35W and Cedar Avenue look good.

St. Paul drivers, no issues for you either. I-94 and 494 have light levels of traffic.
