A stalled truck is blocking the right lane on the northbound side of the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. That's got traffic slamming on the brakes as motorists scoot over to get around it. Ahead, things are wide open up to 494.

A stalled truck is blocking the right lane on the northbound side of the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. That's got traffic slamming on the brakes as motorists scoot over to get around it. Ahead, things are wide open up to 494.

In Roseville, southbound Snelling Avenue is closed at County Road B as police work a car versus pedestrian crash. That will be in place until further notice.
