The State Patrol is heading to help a stalled motorist on eastbound I-94 at 1st Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. Traffic slows from the Lowry Hill Tunnel to the scene.

Look out for a car versus deer crash on Fernbrook Lane at Territorial Road in Maple Grove.

The typical congestion is forming on southbound 35W through Mounds View and Shoreview. It's still only 10 minutes from Hwy. 10 down to Hwy. 280.

All lanes on westbound Hwy. 610 are back open. A rollover crash had been blocking the left two lanes at Hwy. 169.

In Oakdale, it looks like a serious crash on 10th Street at the top of the 694 ramp. Traffic is starting to line up on 10th Street.
