6:20 a.m. update: Slight jam up on 35W in north metro

It's police activity on the right shoulder that is leading to the hold up on southbound 35W at Hwy. 10. Traffic also looses steam on eastbound Hwy. 10 approaching 35W. Ahead, on 35W, things flow fairly well from County 96 down to Hwy. 280.

In St. Paul, look out for a stalled vehicle blocking the right lane on northbound 35E on the Cayuga Bridge.

A fender bender is residing on the right shoulder of northbound 35W at Black Dog Road. That's not causing too much trouble, but you'll notice a minor drop in speeds as you pass by.
