Heavy snow continues to fall and road conditions are getting worse as the rush hour shifts into high gear. Roads are snow covered and slippery.

Congestion is building on westbound 94 from the Hudson Bridge into downtown St. Paul. That is at 26 minutes and growing.

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to 280 is plugged up. That trip is at 22 minutes.

Look for a major delay on southbound Hwy. 169 due to an earlier car fire at I-94. Traffic is inching along from Hwy. 610.

Southbound 494 is clogging up and a vehicle that went into the ditch at Rockford Road is not helping matters.
