The usual traffic jam on southbound 35W through Mounds View is in place. It's 20 minutes from County Road 10 to County Road D.

The stalled vehicle on the Cedar Avenue Bridge has been towed away. It's smooth sailing on the northbound side from 140th Street to 494.
