While snow is starting to stick to roads in the south and west metro, the drive overall is still not too bad out there.

We have building levels on northbound Hwy. 169 from Canterbury Road to 494. That is running at 11 minutes right now.

We have building levels on northbound 35W and Cedar Avenue through Apple Valley, Burnsville and Bloomington, but no delays.

Southbound 35W is 8 minutes from County Road H down to Hwy. 280.

Southbound 35E is 12 minutes from County Road 14 down to County Road 96.

No accidents on the roads, yet, so anybody leaving for work now should be fine.

MnDOT has sanding trucks out.
