The usual congestion is building on I-35W southbound through Mounds View and Shoreview, but you can still make it from 95th Avenue down to Hwy. 280 in about 10 minutes.
Traffic bunches up on westbound 94 in the vicinity of Cedar Avenue, but nothing that will set you back any time.
Overall, traffic volumes remain light at this hour.
None of the area transit agencies are reporting any delays. Reminder for Maple Grove Transit riders that Route 782 is on detour today through next Wednesday due to a paving project on Zachary Lane. See my 5:50 a.m. post for details.
