Northbound 35W bunches up around Burnsville Pkwy. but things loosen by the time you reach the Minnesota River bridge.
We have no accidents on the system. A tow truck is pulling a vehicle out of the ditch on the ramp from Maple Grove Pkwy. to eastbound 94.
