The one crash on the system is on the ramp from County Road J to southbound 35E in the White Bear Lake/Hugo area.

The one crash on the system is on the ramp from County Road J to southbound 35E in the White Bear Lake/Hugo area.

We also have a stall in the left turn lane from westbound Hwy. 55 to Yankee Doodle Road in Eagan.

Elsewhere, traffic levels are just beginning to pick up, but no major delays to report.
