In Lakeville, traffic on northbound I-35 bunches up at 195th Street and remains tight up to County Road 50. The delay is minimal at this hour.
Across the system, speeds are near the posted on mainline roads.
A project on Hiawatha Avenue has traffic sluggish around 38th to 32nd Street, so prepare to add a couple minutes to the drive.
