6:20 a.m. update: First signs of congestion on 35W in Burnsville

Traffic volumes are starting to increase on northbound 35W from County Road 42 up to the Minnesota River bridge. Speeds are around 40 miles per hour so expect a tab bit of slowing from Hwy. 13 to Black Dog Road. Those speeds will likely drop in the next little bit as the rush hour moves ahead.

Traffic volumes are starting to increase on northbound 35W from County Road 42 up to the Minnesota River bridge. Speeds are around 40 miles per hour so expect a tab bit of slowing from Hwy. 13 to Black Dog Road. Those speeds will likely drop in the next little bit as the rush hour moves ahead.

Northbound Hwy. 169 is starting to plug up from County Road 18 up to Pioneer Trail. Ahead, things thing out up to 494. That is 10 minutes at present.

No other issues to speak of at this moment on other mainline routes.
