A crash on northbound 35W at Hwy. 13 has traffic slowing in the immediate area, with brake lights coming on as far back as County Road 42. Things flow fairly well one you pass the scene.

Elsewhere, the big delays are on eastbound Hwy. 10 from Greenhaven Drive to 7th Avenue in Anoka, and building levels are adding to the travel time on northbound Hwy. 169 across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge.
